Diana Chant

I just wanted to double check the number of times we should say Diana and rain for the chant? And is it rain like the English word?

Hi,
I usually repeat that part twice but I do it three times if 1) I feel it’s needed because we haven’t “gotten there” yet 2) I am doing a longer, more complex celebration 3) i have not been doing the calling in a while and I need to strengthen the connection.
The word in Italian is “regna” which means “she reigns”. In Italian the imperative mood an the third person coincides with the present tense of the indicative mood, so it could be interpreted both as a statement of fact “Diana reigns” and as an exclamation that has an adjuratory nature. If you don’t want to use the Italian version I guess I’m leaving it up to you to find the best possible way to translate that in English 🙂
