What is your return policy?

We don’t offer returns or exchanges, but if there is something that is not ok with your order, please write us at info@boscodiartemisia.com!

Offrite dei rimborsi?

I rimborsi vengono offerti solo a clienti che hanno ordinato per errore un corso nella lingua sbagliata, e solo dopo che è stato acquistato anche il medesimo corso nella lingua corretta (a seconda dei casi, potrebbero essere necessarie dalle 24 alle 48h per l’elaborazione della richiesta).

Online courses fruition

When will I be able to start my course?

Online courses are available right after purchase. Some courses will be enriched in time with bonus material: once the course has been purchased, every subsequient addition will be available.

Why can’t I skip to the next lesson?

Most of our courses require the current lesson to be completed before  the student can access the following one. Some courses include simple quizzes that have to be passed before one can skip to the next lesson.

For how long will my courses be available on this website?

all the courses that have been purchased will remain available as long as the services connected to the online courses will be active on this website. In any case, access to the course is always guaranteed for a minimum of 1 year after the date of purchase.

Questions and direct contact with teachers and other students

We use a private Facebook group to allow students to get in touch with one another and ask questions, but joining is optional.
Once the online course has been purchased, the student will receive via email the invitations to the live Q&A sessions with the teacher. Questions for these sessions have to be submitted in advance, through the private Facebook group (in the dedicated posts) or by writing an email to  info@boscodiartemisia.com
If you don’t wish to receive these invitations, just write us an email to communicate as much.
